DrawBee is a creative app that helps families turn children’s drawings into enhanced digital artwork. We designed DrawBee with children’s privacy in mind. Parents or guardians control the account, the drawings, and the use of AI enhancement features.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices parents and users have.

In this Privacy Policy, “DrawBee,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DrawBee and Tamer Saglambilek as the owner and operator of the app. “Parent” means a parent or legal guardian.
2. Child-Friendly Summary
DrawBee lets a parent save a child’s drawing and turn it into a fun enhanced picture. We do not sell children’s information. We do not show third-party ads to children. We do not let strangers contact children inside the app. A parent can delete drawings or ask us to delete a child’s information.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide DrawBee, keep it safe, improve it, and manage subscriptions.
A. Parent or Account Information
We may collect:
- Parent name or display name;
- Email address;
- Account login information, such as authentication ID;
- Subscription status and purchase information;
- Support messages you send to us.
We do not receive your full payment card number. Payments are handled by Apple, Google, or another app store or payment provider.
B. Child Profile Information
Parents may choose to create child profiles. Depending on the features used, we may collect:
- Child nickname or first name;
- Avatar or profile image selected by the parent;
- Age range or birthday, if provided;
- Drawings associated with the child profile.
Please do not enter a child’s full legal name unless it is necessary.
C. Drawings, Photos, and Creative Content
DrawBee may collect content that a parent or child chooses to upload, photograph, create, save, or enhance, including:
- Photos of drawings;
- Scanned drawings;
- AI-enhanced versions of drawings;
- Titles, captions, tags, ratings, or notes added by a parent;
- Artwork history and saved gallery items.
Drawings and photos may sometimes contain personal information, such as a child’s name written on paper, a face, a room, a school name, or other background details. Parents should review drawings and photos before uploading.
D. AI Enhancement Information
When you use AI enhancement, DrawBee may process:
- The uploaded drawing or image;
- The selected enhancement style;
- Any prompt, description, or settings used to generate the enhanced image;
- The resulting enhanced artwork.
Unless we clearly ask for separate parental consent, DrawBee does not permit AI providers to use children’s drawings, photos, prompts, or generated images to train their models.
E. Device, App, and Diagnostic Information
We may collect limited technical information, such as:
- Device type and operating system;
- App version;
- Language and general region;
- Crash logs and performance data;
- Security logs;
- Basic usage events, such as whether an enhancement succeeded or failed.
For child users, we do not use advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking identifiers, or behavioral advertising profiles.
F. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
DrawBee does not intentionally collect:
- Precise GPS location;
- Contacts;
- Microphone recordings;
- Health data;
- Government ID numbers;
- Biometric identifiers for identification;
- Chat messages between children and strangers.
If any of these features are added later, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any required consent before collecting that information.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide the DrawBee app and its features;
- Let parents create and manage child profiles;
- Save drawings and enhanced artwork;
- Generate AI-enhanced artwork;
- Let parents review, edit, delete, or organize drawings;
- Manage subscriptions and premium access;
- Provide customer support;
- Fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues;
- Keep DrawBee secure and prevent misuse;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Enforce our terms and protect users.
We do not use children’s personal information for targeted advertising.
5. AI Enhancement and Automated Processing
DrawBee uses AI to transform drawings into enhanced images based on the style selected by the parent or user.
AI enhancement is used only to provide the creative feature requested. DrawBee does not use AI enhancement to make legal, financial, educational, health, or similarly significant decisions about children.
Images may be automatically checked for safety, abuse prevention, or policy compliance. Human review is limited to situations such as support requests, safety issues, abuse reports, legal requirements, or service troubleshooting.
6. Parental Consent and Children’s Privacy
DrawBee is intended to be used with parent involvement and supervision.
Where required by law, we obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child. Parents control the child profile and may review, correct, download, or delete the child’s information.

- Review the personal information collected from their child;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete a child profile, drawings, or account information;
- Withdraw consent for further collection or use;
- Ask us to stop sharing information with service providers, where applicable.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required parental consent, we will delete it or obtain consent as required.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
DrawBee may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. We may receive information such as:
- Whether a subscription is active;
- Product purchased;
- Purchase date;
- Renewal or cancellation status;
- App store transaction identifier.
We do not receive your full credit card number or payment credentials.
8. When We Share Information
We do not sell children’s personal information. We do not share children’s personal information for targeted advertising.
We may share limited information only in the following situations:
A. Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate DrawBee, such as:
- Cloud hosting providers;
- Image storage providers;
- AI processing providers;
- Authentication providers;
- Crash reporting and diagnostics providers;
- Customer support tools;
- Subscription validation services.
These providers may use the information only to provide services to DrawBee and must protect it under contractual obligations.
B. App Stores and Payment Providers
Apple, Google, or other payment providers process purchases and subscriptions under their own privacy policies.
C. Parent-Directed Sharing
Parents may choose to save, export, or share drawings outside DrawBee. Once a parent shares content outside the app, the privacy practices of the receiving app, person, or service may apply.
D. Legal, Safety, and Security Reasons
We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with law or legal process;
- Protect children, users, DrawBee, or others;
- Investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues;
- Enforce our terms;

E. Business Transfers
If DrawBee is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, transfer, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will continue to protect children’s information and provide notice if required by law.
9. Advertising and Tracking
DrawBee does not show third-party behavioral ads to children.
DrawBee does not sell personal information. DrawBee does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
DrawBee does not use third-party tracking to follow children across apps or websites.
If we ever add advertising or tracking features, we will update this Privacy Policy, update our app store disclosures, and obtain any required consent before doing so.
10. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use privacy-protective analytics and diagnostics to understand app performance, crashes, and feature reliability.
For children, analytics are limited and are not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
If DrawBee is listed in an app store children’s or families category, we will configure analytics and SDKs to comply with the applicable children’s privacy rules for that store.
11. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Typical retention periods are:
- Account information: until the account is deleted, plus a limited period for backup, security, legal, or accounting needs;
- Child profiles and drawings: until the parent deletes them or the account is deleted;
- AI processing files: retained only as long as needed to provide the enhancement and operate the service, unless the parent saves the result;
- Crash logs and diagnostics: generally retained for up to 90 days;
- Support messages: generally retained for up to 2 years;
- Purchase records: retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Backups may take additional time to delete, but we will not actively use deleted information except for security, legal, or backup restoration purposes.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including:
- Encryption in transit;
- Access controls;
- Limited access to personal information;
- Secure cloud infrastructure;
- Monitoring for abuse and unauthorized access;
- Vendor review and contractual privacy protections.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect DrawBee data and reduce risk.

DrawBee may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.

DrawBee does not require schools to provide sensitive student records to use the app.
