DrawBee is intended for family-friendly creative use.
3. Parent or Guardian Responsibility
DrawBee may be used by children only with the involvement, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You should not use a child’s full legal name in DrawBee unless necessary.
5. User Content
“User Content” means drawings, photos, images, prompts, captions, notes, child profile information, and other content uploaded, created, saved, or submitted through DrawBee.
You keep ownership of your User Content. DrawBee does not claim ownership of your drawings or enhanced artwork.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use any content you submit to DrawBee.
6. AI-Generated and Enhanced Artwork
DrawBee may use AI tools to transform drawings into enhanced images.
AI-generated or AI-enhanced results may not always be perfect, accurate, unique, or error-free. Similar results may be generated for other users.
You may use the enhanced artwork for personal, family, and non-commercial purposes. If you want to use artwork commercially, you are responsible for checking whether you have all necessary rights and permissions.
DrawBee does not permit AI providers to use children’s drawings, photos, prompts, or generated images to train their models unless separate parental consent is clearly requested and given.
